The Parish Growth Framework
The Parish Growth Framework (the PMC’s Strategic Plan) is an integrated approach to enabling parish vitality and growth in the Anglican Church Southern Queensland.
The Framework consists of three key pillars — Leadership, Strategy and Resources — with strategic building blocks underneath each pillar. Each of the strategic building blocks contributes toward its respective pillar. Whilst each block is an individual component, it is intended that these blocks work together to enable parish vitality and growth.
