Hallelujah anyway!

Referencing Candi Staton’s great gospel song, ‘Hallelujah anyway’ (which can be listened to on YouTube) Lamott writes, “Hallelujah that in spite of it all, there is love, there is singing, nature, laughing, mercy.”…
