Professional supervision education series
A series of educational sessions (in-person and online) was offered in 2021 to help those who have questions or concerns about the new professional supervision program or how the professional supervision policy requirements will apply to them. Options were available to attend an in-person session for a comprehensive overview or to ‘dip in’ to various online sessions.
In-person sessions
Held in both regional and Brisbane locations, in-person sessions provide a comprehensive overview of professional supervision, covering a full range of topics and providing plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions. Topics include:
- What is professional supervision?
- How will the professional supervision policy impact me?
- How can I get the most out of professional supervision?
- How do I find a good supervisor?
- What does good supervision look like?
- What do I do if I experience supervision that does not meet my needs?
Session duration: 9 am to 3 pm, with lunch provided.
